Meow stylized as meow, or !meow is a former1) best friend of Filled With Nothing and former head moderator of Cumball. They are known for playing the rhythm game osu!, their love for guro content, their open drug use, their relationships with SEXHAVVER41 and Filled, and their sporadic, terminally-online personality. They are also known for being the creator and developer of Cheeseburger Bot, the bot used to archive messages in Cumball and its revivals, although the state of the bot's development is presently unknown.

Cumball and earlier
!meow, back when he was known as RED PANDA UwU was very involved in Cumball's precursor, the Reggie Discord server. It is unknown whether he was a mod, admin, or head admin in the server2), but he was still very involved in the server. He would eventually abandon the RED PANDA UwU account in favor of one of other accounts known as meow, and begin to be involved in Cumball and its revivals as a head admin, even sporting his own role named Goes Meow Meow Everyday. Eventually Filled and him would have a falling out, and he would leave Cumball for good. After he left, his role would only be held by Kroatische Doge, allowing him to have the power of a head admin in the server.
Relationship with Filled With Nothing
!meow had a longstanding friendship with Filled With Nothing that began in 2018 or earlier3) where they would share very personal details with each other. Eventually !meow would express his feelings towards him to try and begin dating Filled, but this would fall apart as Filled did not return his feelings properly.
Relationship with SEXHAVVER41
!meow dated roleplayer SEXHAVVER41 and even had sex with him on at least one confirmed occasion, when a portion of it was streamed in one of Cumball's voice channel.
Relationship with LARPs
!meow had a close relationship with a few LARPs, those being Inugami Korone and Shirikami Fubuki, however he was not very receptive to LARPs he was not previously close to, usually ignoring them or pointing out their flaws plainly to demonstrate the absurdity of them possibly to push them away.
As a programmer
!meow is known for his programming prowess, making his own Discord bot, Cheeseburger Bot which was created nearly a decade ago and was continuously developed from then until at least 2023. This bot was responsible for much of Cumball's special functionality like DMall and the archives. After the falling out, Filled would fork his bot to continue using its features without the possibility of interference from !meow. This fork would also be known as Filled With Cum and would use a different bot account.
