They were born into a family with many siblings and a comfortable lifestyle. !meow would have internet access from an early age which deeply affected their personality, but would allow them to meet many friends who would interact with them for years. In their teens they would start questioning their gender identity and start experimenting with various drugs, the latter possibly being the cause for their erratic and chaotic behavior.

!meow, back when he was known as REDPANDAUwU was very involved in Cumball's precursor, the Reggie Discord server. It is unknown whether he was a mod, admin, or head admin in the server⁵⁾, but he was still very involved in the server. He would eventually abandon the REDPANDAUwU Discord account in favor of a new account known as meow, and begin to be involved in Cumball and its revivals as a head admin, even sporting his own head admin role named Goes Meow Meow Everyday. Eventually Filled and him would have a falling out, and he would leave Cumball (and possibly Discord) for good. After he left, his role would only be held by Kroatische Doge, allowing him to have the power of head admin in the server.

!meow had a longstanding relationship with Filled With Nothing that began in 2018 or earlier where they would share very personal details with each other. Eventually !meow would express their feelings towards him to try and begin dating Filled, but this would fall apart as Filled did not return their feelings properly. Nevertheless, they would stay best friends, talking frequently on multiple platforms and accounts. !meow is presumed to be the primary reason Filled is a Linux user and so tech literate, as Filled would learn how to do complicated tasks like spin up a Minecraft server or manage a Linux VPS from them.

!meow dated roleplayer SEXHAVVER41 and even had sex with him on at least one confirmed occasion, when a portion of it was streamed in one of Cumball's voice channel.

!meow had a close relationship with a few LARPs, those being Inugami Korone and Shirakami Fubuki, however he was not very receptive to LARPs he was not previously close to, usually ignoring them or pointing out their flaws plainly to demonstrate the absurdity of them and to possibly to push them away.

!meow has always had a deep obsession with Japanese media, frequently sending memes from Anime, Touhou and related online circles, and frequently setting Anime characters as their profile picture on their various active accounts.

They would be the primary source of the Anime culture within Cumball, and since their departure in 2023, the server has seen a steep decline in cute anime girl posting, which to some, is a net positive.

!meow is infamous for having an obsession with guro content, that is, drawings of Anime (or otherwise) characters cut open, stabbed, bleeding, or disemboweled. Their reason for their obsession is supposedly because of the interesting anatomy and high levels of detail provided by the content, as well as the frequent appearance of blood. They were also known to be a fan of blood, and bleeding, even cutting themself often for reasons not exactly clear, but it's assumed that they either enjoyed the pain, or enjoyed the look, smell and warmth of blood.

!meow is known for his plethora of technical abilities and skills, making his own Discord bot, Cheeseburger Bot which was first drafted in 2019 and created in 2021, and was continuously developed from then until 2024. This bot was responsible for much of Cumball's special functionality like DMall and the archives. ⁶⁾ After the falling out, Filled would request assistance from !meow to fork the bot to continue using its features without the possibility of interference that could arise from the use of the main bot as it was also hosted by !meow. This fork would also be known as Filled With Cum and would use a different bot account before it was eventually discontinued and deleted.
