Filled was born and raised in the US state of California, but mostly in the city of Los Angeles. Growing up, he lived a mostly carefree life, mostly indoors and constantly online, using devices connected to the internet. Because of this upbringing, he would develop a distinct and desired personality among a certain group of people. In 2018²⁾ he created a Discord server, known as the Reggie Discord server. This server would be linked below one of his semi-successful YouTube videos either in the description or the comment section. It's then that he would gain a decent amount of popularity, as his server would reach thousands of members. He would initially enjoy this popularity before slowly disliking it, as most of the people he gathered were not to his liking personality-wise. Eventually, he would be completely fed up with the server and its group of people and create the first Cumball Discord server.

Due to his upbringing both online and offline, Filled has an antisocial, introverted xenophobic personality offline mirrored with a more open and desensitized personality online. Due to many good things in his online life seemingly arriving out of thin air, he has developed a more passive, less outgoing method of meeting new people, instead relying on the tried-and-true method of building it for people to come, like he has done many times with his Discord servers. He enjoys chaos, anarchy, freedom, and watching the world burn, but above all, freedom, not only for himself but others.

Filled is very desired among the roleplayer community, with many of them coming and going throughout the years of his server. (although recently there have been only two, a small fraction of what once was) It's theorized that there are a couple of connected groups in of them in particular that have caught an intense interest with him and keep reusing accounts under new acts in order to get his reaction personally, a practice that has seemed to dwindle over the past couple years. The account reuse has seemed to bewilder the remaining members of the server, spawning many different theories and assumptions as to why that was practiced.

Filled believes, either ironically or unironically that he would be unable to survive in the real world. Despite many varied attempts to convince him to change his outlook on life, none have prevailed due to his stubborn nature. He believes that he should die young instead of living to see his body change during the years and rot, much to the disappointment of the people who enjoy his presence. He takes pride in his pale, white skin, a result of spending long stretches of time indoors and seldom outdoors, and believes that white is right to a delusional degree. (Although this is definitely one of the bits he is dedicated to, among others)

Due to his stance on moderating his own online communities, and his other stances regarding online and offline freedom, as well as being associated with multiple pedophiles who either preyed on him or were on non-violent speaking terms with, Filled With Nothing has gained multiple enemies to seek to destroy his website, his online presence, and his life.

Two notable enemies exist, the kid and Gameboxes, who have both threatened and have done things that have negatively impacted him, with the former frequently targeting his website and server, and the latter being a former IRL acquaintance who seeks to leak his personal information.

The kid was brought in by a former Cumball Nyadmin who was friends with the pedophile Natshirotan. The kid was on bad terms with the friend due to his repeated pedophilic actions towards children in the video game Garry's Mod, and wanted to get back at both him and his supposed friend Filled. The kid is known to be very tech literate, and an alt-right extremist. He attempted to destroy Cumball and the website with false reports, which resulted in the overhaul and branding change of the website from icunny.com to cunny.zone. He is the only user to date to be permanently banned from Cumball, the Cumball Matrix bridge, and the website.³⁾

Gameboxes is a former IRL acquaintance who is presumed to know him from school, and has sensitive information of Filled. It is unknown how he got this information, but he intends to use it against him to make him suffer for things Filled did against him in the past. Anecdotal evidence from previous conversations between Filled and his other IRL acquaintances on Discord suggest that he, like the others, hate him due to his behavior and previous posts, which shocked them for his own entertainment. On August 9, 2026, after griefing his Minecraft server years prior, Gameboxes found the Mun Twitter Wiki, made an account, and uploaded a portion of Filled's real life face. It was swiftly removed after message exchanges between Filled and the site's admin cab, and Gameboxes became the first person to be permanently banned from Mun Twitter Wiki.
