The **Intelligent Cognition Organization** (**ICO**), is a mysterious and seemingly powerful group of roleplayers and/or high-IQ individuals who believe themselves to be very intelligent, and who display blatant intellectual supremacy over others, serving as a sort of Mensa of the roleplayer world. They are known for attacking enemy or disliked groups with hacking, social engineering, and other criminal practices, although their exact capabilities are unknown and possible hits ordered from them are unconfirmed.

Despite being an existential threat to Cumball in 2023, they have seemingly disappeared off the face of the Earth, although small mentions of it are made in contemporary Cumball, and their demands have had a lasting impact.

It's presumed that the ICO was a made up group to pressure Filled With Nothing into changing Cumball for the better by implementing changes anonymous roleplayers wanted in the server for months previous to ICO's arrival.
